Camping in Dorset

Dorset is a wonderful county for a short break, weekend getaway or longer holiday. Easily accessible, there's so much to discover - beautiful countryside, fossils on the Jurassic Coast, stunning walks on the South West Coast Path, delightful historic and National Trust properties, quaint picture-postcard villages and cosy country pubs.

Experience a really unique camping holiday in Dorset and discover the Shepherd's Huts at North Buckham Farm, a working family farm set amongst the rolling hills of West Dorset. Both huts are hand built and have all the comforts you need including king-sized bed, woodburning stove, electricity and a separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet close by.

The farm is just two miles from the characterful market town of Beaminster, where you can buy wonderful fresh local produce from independent shops. Or if you fancy treating yourself, you can enjoy a freshly cooked full English breakfast using the farm's own bacon, sausages, eggs and homemade bread in the farmhouse.

You are welcome to meet all of their animals and even try badger watching in the glass fronted viewing hide. The two huts are a short walk apart, great for two couples wishing to holiday together.

Wake up to the sounds of nature and beautiful country views at the Shepherd's Huts; camping in Dorset in comfort!
