Lovingly restored, the barn is brimming with character and charm, with restored timber beams, rich heritage colours and a large wood burning stove that nestles in the corner of the large open plan living area.

A useful breakfast bar separates the living area from a spacious well equipped kitchen. Three charming bedrooms on the first floor are each dressed in delicate country fabrics. Both double rooms enjoy wonderful views of the valley.

A family bathroom on the first floor and shower room on the ground floor completes this uniquely attractive property. 
 
Whilst many guests will find relaxing on the patio overlooking the valley the epitome of their holiday, for those who wish to explore, the beautiful village of Dulverton is nearby with an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants, and Exmoor and its villages, which are well supplied with lovely country pubs, walks, riding, fishing and other country pursuits.

In less than an hour you can get to Exeter, Saunton Sands, Woollacombe and Croyde beaches.
