Five large self catering properties near our family working farm, Cardsmill Farm Holidays is 10 – 20 minutes drive from the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline of Charmouth and Lyme Regis in West Dorset. Great for fossil hunting and coastal walks. All our properties now have WiFi.

Taphouse (sleeps 16) is a three star, large detached stone and brick farmhouse with a large garden and patio with a barbecue, plenty of parking, games barn and hot tub. Ideal for large groups of family or friends holidaying together.

Courthouse Dairy (sleeps 11) is a single storey barn conversion from the old cow stall and dairy at Courthouse Farm. It has lots of original features such as beams and trusses, and a hot tub on a new patio.

Courthouse Farmhouse is a large ‘L’ shaped chalet bungalow that’s sleeps 11, it has wonderful country views and its own private garden with hot tub, barbecue and plenty of parking.

The two Courthouse properties are on the same farm about 35 steps apart so they can be let together for large parties requiring more bedrooms and space. They share a games barn and lots of space for ball games around the yard.

The Hayloft (sleeps 7) and The Stable (sleeps 6) are both spacious, quality 4* barn conversions with exposed beams, lawned area, raised patio and parking.

At Cardsmill Farm Holidays, see the robotic milking, baby calves, sheep and lambs or watch the crops grow. Walk the leafy lanes and footpaths to the village pub or local woods. We have a wonderful range of activities and places to visit nearby. Explore the South West Coast Path, Jurassic coast, Lyme Regis and Chesil beach. Go fossil hunting at Charmouth, or try golf and horse riding nearby. Visit Bridport, West Bay (Broadchurch), Forde Abbey and Abbotsbury.

And bring your dog : well behaved dogs can stay by arrangement only (£20 per pet), maximum of  2 in the Courthouse properties and Taphouse Farmhouse. Maximum of one dog in Hayloft and Stable.
