A few businesses will have other inspection arrangements, which we have endorsed and their inspection body/grading will also be stated as appropriate. All businesses are required to confirm that they are trading within the current legislation and that their public liability is up to date.
We expect our family run businesses to have a fully functioning email facility and respond to your enquiries within 24 hours. We encourage all businesses to source and serve local food and promote local dishes and menus wherever possible.
Cartwheel has always encouraged farm and country tourism operators to adopt good environmental practices and to make the most of their location’s natural assets by, for example, attracting and protecting wildlife, creating farm trails for the enjoyment of their visitors and by providing good local food that supports the rural economy and delights their guests.
All holiday arrangements are directly the responsibility of the farmers themselves as is the information they provide us for inclusion on this site.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cartwheel Holidays Ltd are not an agency nor a booking agent and your holiday will be made direct with the accommodation owner or their appointed letting agent. Once your booking has been agreed either by telephone, email or letter, a legally binding contract will have been made with the host.
If you cancel a reservation, fail to take up the accommodation or leave prematurely, the host may be entitled to compensation.
If a deposit has been paid, it is likely to be forfeited and if the accommodation cannot be re-let for all or part of the agreed term, an additional payment may be due.
