Berry Park is a splendid Victorian country house which has been converted into holiday apartments, with two adjoining 16th century cottages. In a wonderful location in the beautiful Devon countryside right next to the border with Cornwall, close to the sea and a lovely unspoiled rural beach.

Children love to visit with our friendly animals and pets and especially to help us feed the hens and ducks and collect the eggs. There are also plenty of other things for the children to do at Berry Park Holidays. There’s a playframe, basket ball, swingball, football net and plenty of safe space for garden games.
The solar heated swimming pool at Berry Park Holidays is available from May to September and is great fun for all the family. It is an above ground pool with the safety of children in mind. It has great views!
Our games room has pool, snooker, table tennis and computer games. We also have a good selection of toys and board games as well as free Wi-Fi and an extensive library to cater for all ages and tastes.
