Six unique 4 star/4 star Gold cottages at Malston Mill Farm set in 16 acres of one of Devon’s most beautiful valleys, overlooking landscaped gardens and a well-stocked one acre lake.
Malston Mill Farm is a great place for couples and families; we have a range of cottages sleeping from 2 to 6 guests plus cot, and the wonderful facilities will keep all ages entertained. Our cottages are full of old world country charm, old beams, exposed stone and brickwork, four poster beds and log fires.
What really sets Malston Mill Farm apart are the exceptional facilities on site. There are indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, an exercise room, infra red sauna and indulgent hot tub. You are welcome to join us for a barbecue by the pool in the summer.
We have a proper snooker room and galleried games room with skittles, table tennis, darts, air hockey, table football, and a gated soft play area for the under 5s. You can borrow videos, dvds, books from the library or have fun with the board games.
Children love the outdoor play area with slide, swings, rope swing, climbing frame and look-out tower. There’s even a giant chess set and an all-weather tennis court (tennis rackets and balls are available).
Our one-acre lake is stocked with specimen carp, tench and rudd (record 30lbs 4oz!). Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person. There is also a wide range of other fishing options available in the area including sea angling.
Malston Mill Farm is situated just 3 miles from Kingsbridge, a beautiful estuary town with many interesting shops and restaurants. A wide range of beaches and ancient towns such as Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes are all within a short drive, making Malston Mill Farm the ideal base from which to explore the delights of South Devon and Dartmoor.
